Jason M.

Jason M. has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on program management, business analysis, and senior leadership roles. Jason started their career as a Business Analyst at Starbucks Coffee Company in 2001 and then moved on to AmerUs Group in 2004 in the same role. In 2006, Jason joined Principal Financial Group as a Senior Business Analyst and worked there until 2011. Jason then joined Edaptive Systems, LLC as a Program Manager, where they stayed until 2016. Since 2016, Jason has been working at Tantus Technologies, Inc., first as a Senior Program Manager and currently as the Hospital Quality Reporting LOB Lead.

Jason M. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Simpson College, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Hawkeye Community College, although the specific dates for this educational experience are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Jason has also obtained several certifications. In December 2014, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. In January 2021, they achieved the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Then, in February 2021, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner certification, also from Scaled Agile, Inc. Lastly, in February 2022, Jason earned the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
