Nicholas Grant

Nicholas Grant, PMP, LPM has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nicholas began their career at the University of Maryland, where they worked as a Facility Supervisor and later as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. From there, they moved on to roles at TargetGov, starting as a Communications Specialist and later transitioning to a Client Support Specialist.

In 2012, Nicholas joined Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur Of the Year Program Coordinator, before moving on to Connections Academy as an Email Marketing Coordinator. Nicholas then worked at 2U as an Email Communication Specialist and Project Manager.

Nicholas joined eGlobalTech (eGT) in 2016 and served as a Consultant II before being promoted to Senior Consultant. In this role, they supported the CMS Center for Program Integrity (CPI) and played a key role in driving growth, process improvements, and competitive advantage in the healthcare IT sector.

Currently, Nicholas works at Tantus Technologies, Inc. as a Project Coordinator since April 2018. Nicholas was later promoted to Project Manager in June 2019.

Nicholas Grant, PMP, LPM, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Maryland, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include PMP (Project Management Institute, obtained in April 2017), CAPM (Project Management Institute, obtained in August 2015), Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2017), SAFe 5 Agilist (Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in April 2020), SAFe 5 Lean Portfolio Manager (Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in June 2020), and others. Furthermore, they have completed training programs such as "Access 2019 Essential Training" (LinkedIn, obtained in June 2020) and "Managing a Diverse Team" (Lynda.com, obtained in March 2018). Nicholas's dedication to continuing education and obtaining these certifications demonstrates their commitment to professional development and their expertise in the field of project management.
