Paul Abdiel

Paul Abdiel has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently holding a position at Tanzania Telecommunications Company Ltd since 2011, where responsibilities include regular reconciliation of financial statements and preparation of management and statutory accounts. Previously, Paul served as a Cost Accountant at AngloGold Ashanti - Geita Gold Mine Ltd from 2008 to 2010, overseeing the preparation of cost reports and budget monitoring. Paul also worked briefly as an Internal Control Officer at AngloGold Ashanti - Geita Gold Mine in 2008, focusing on risk assessment and control environment evaluation. Paul holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Sunderland (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam (2004-2007), along with an ACSE in Economics from St. James' Seminary (2001-2003).
