Lucsy Deen

Lucsy Deen has a solid background in human resources management. They were handpicked as the Human Resources Director at TAO Solutions Inc. in 2021, where they developed strategies and processes to enhance talent acquisition and HR management. They also implemented organizational changes for continuous improvement and better retention and recruitment policies.

From 2018 to 2021, Lucsy worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Davis Orthodontics, where they were responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, and retention. They also developed HR policies and regulations, compensation management, and performance management programs.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Innovative Vision, where they provided clerical and technical support for HR activities and handled full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced call center environment. They also served as the HR point of contact for directors and employees.

Lucsy began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Right Choice Financial Services Limited from 2011 to 2013.

Throughout their work experience, Lucsy has consistently demonstrated their ability to manage HR functions, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
