Andrea Ceglia

With over 20 years of experience, Andrea leads Taoglas’ Human Resources functions across the organization globally. She has been a staunch advocate for employees, an effective leader and a champion of change. She has demonstrated her effectiveness and advocacy by spearheading industry-wide initiatives, facilitating best practices and establishing positive work environments.

Andrea attended the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) for her undergraduate studies and received her masters degree from Villanova University in Human Resource Development. Being fluent bilingual in English and Spanish provides her the opportunity to communicate with many people from around the world.
