Fergus Tooher

Fergus Tooher is the current Chief Information Officer at Taoglas. Fergus has held this position since March 2016. Prior to Taoglas, they were the Vice President Information Technology for Asia Pacific and Global Head of Manufacturing IT at thyssenkrupp Elevator from November 2010 to March 2016.

Tooher has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Fergus was the IT Director International at Medtronic from January 2006 to February 2011. In this role, they were responsible for leading the enterprise-wide IT function for Medtronic's international businesses.

In May 2020, Tooher founded Tooher IT Management Consulting & CIO Advisory Service, a consultancy that provides advice and guidance to CIOs and other senior IT executives. Fergus ran the company until December 2020, when they joined Taoglas as Chief Information Officer.

Fergus Tooher has a MBA from HKUST Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast.

Their manager is Ronan Quinlan, Co-Founder/Joint CEO. They are on a team with Olivier Robin - SVP and GM, Antenna, RF and Audio, Nakita McCarthy - EVP & CFO, and Christina Kenny - Chief People Officer.
