John Slowey

John Slowey (ACA) has a strong background in finance and operations. John is currently serving as the Director of Finance & Operations at Taoglas since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Financial Controller from May 2021 to August 2022, and Finance Manager from September 2020 to May 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Taoglas, John worked at KPMG Ireland. John started their career at KPMG as an Audit Associate in October 2016 and held this position until October 2019. John then progressed to the role of Senior Associate from October 2019 to September 2020.

John Slowey (ACA) received their Leaving Certificate from Blackrock College in 2013. John then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting at University College Dublin from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, John also attended The University of Queensland for a semester as part of their Bachelor of Commerce studies. Following their undergraduate studies, John joined Chartered Accountants Ireland from 2016 to 2020 to further specialize in Accounting.
