Jon Kraus

Jon Kraus is an accomplished beverage manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving at Tao Group Hospitality since May 2025, overseeing all aspects of bar operations at Peak, Quin Bar, and EDGE. Previously, Jon held the same position at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection from April 2021 to April 2025. Prior to these roles, Jon was the head bartender at Peak from 2020 to April 2021 and worked as a bartender at Dear Irving & The Raines Law Room between 2016 and 2018. Jon's early career included roles as a resident assistant at Johns Hopkins University and American University, as well as positions in policy communications and leadership. Jon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from American University, focusing on communications, legal institutions, economics, and government.
