Bill Britt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bill started their career in 2001 as a Department Manager at Sam Ash Music. In 2005, they joined SAP, where they served as a Tier I IT Helpdesk Technician, Tier II IT Technician, and later as part of the Global Executive Board Support. In 2014, Bill took on the role of IT Operations Engineer - Team Lead at Chegg Inc., where they managed various tasks including helpdesk operations, SOX compliance, project management, and system administration. In 2021, they joined Taos as a Systems Administrator, and later transitioned to IBM as a System Administrator Team Lead. Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated expertise in IT support, project management, and team leadership.
Bill Britt obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming from Pennco Tech and Pennco Tech-Bristol in the years 2001 to 2002.
