Leveraging decades of experience in branding, marketing, and digital product development, Jonathan helps clients of every size and industry solve their most daunting challenges. He loves to dig into the customer experience to identify what’s really happening with the client business, and devise strategic and creative solutions across every medium. And he has a blast doing it.

Jonathan brings with him a deep bench of experience, most notably, he oversaw the launched and brand of the inital Hotwire.com. He also provided marketing support for José Andrés for 7 years. And if that wasn’t enough, he created and launched a loyalty for CarMax. Throughtout his career, he also produced traditional and digital campaigns and loyalty products for Discovery, AOL and Hilton.

Jonathan Goldfuss

Jimi is a front-end developer for the Taoti team, where he provides expertise on everything Drupal and WordPress related. He likes to think of his work as encouraging the tiny robots who live inside your website to always look their best. His path to becoming a developer was not traditional, since he originally studied ancient history and classical greek. But Jimi loves the similarities between modern coding languages and ancient languages, analyzing new and unfamiliar symbols to unlock their meaning.

Jimi has a diverse and extensive developer background. He was a freelance developer for several years and worked on high-profile government projects such as the virtual health benefits fair for public school employees, which was planned by the Washington State Health Care Authority. He also led the research and development of BoldGrid, a WordPress-based web builder platform. In this position, he introduced the team to an agile workflow, established a regular release schedule, and developed a functional Pattern Library for the corporate site.

Jimi has not just worked with an array of clients but is also a published researcher. In 2012, while earning his Master’s degree in information science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jimi published a research paper titled ‘Informal Language and Its Relationship to the Acquisition of Twitter Followers.’ The academic paper analyzed communication strategies in the context of established social media conventions. He also presented at a WordPress Meetup where he shared his expertise in the WordPress theme framework.

Jimi Radabaugh

Crystal is a Senior Project Manager, who focuses on website projects. Prior to Taoti, she was a program manager in the Digital Strategy at PenFed Credit Union where she coordinated partner webpages such as Zelle. Crystal has worked for organizations such as Paralyzed Veterans of America, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, and government agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration.

She has over ten year’s experience marketing for non-profits where she has raised the bar in digital marketing. Crystal’s strategic and flexible work style allows her to plan out the work, while seamlessly pivoting when required, to deliver quality service and work products.

She received a B.A. in psychology from the University of South Florida. Crystal was awarded the Student Affairs Achievement Award issued by the University of South Florida in Nov. 2014 for Outstanding Work with Students.

Crystal is a certified Project Management Professional with experience managing large (~$5m) government communications contracts.

Crystal Bissada

Hugo is a technical lead developer here at Taoti. He acts as a backend investigator, so when something either isn’t working right or maybe looks a little weird on the website, he’s the guy. Hugo will investigate the cause and discover the monster in the code closet. He is Taoti’s very own backend Sherlock Holmes.

Hugo has been an active member of the Drupal Community throughout his career. He has been an organizer for Drupal Camp Quito in 2015 and was a presenter for a conference at the same camp in 2017. He has worked on a diverse set of projects from the  Massachusetts Document Repository website, IFFPanama Cinema Festival website, and the Portal of Social Equity and Conservation, to being a tech lead of the rebranding of Bayer’s Bio advanced website.

Hugo Chang

Rafael is a developer and focuses on perfecting and creating beautiful digital spaces for clients. In his own words, he is a poet who writes such beautiful pieces of code poetry, and no one can actually get to read it unless someone who is a backend developer reviews his code. So he is Taoti’s very own ‘modern-day Drupal Shakespeare’.

Rafael has over a decade of digital experience and about 10 years of NET Framework backend development. He has perfected his craft over the years by working hard and smartly to create the best possible experience.

Rafael is an excellent addition to the Taoti team. He comes with several years of experience and a passion for digital development and is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. He also has been a presenter at many local universities. During these speaking opportunities, Rafael shares his expertise in programming technologies and programming paradigms. One of his favorite contributions is his work in open-source projects like Drupal Console.

Rafael Tomita

Over the last 10 years, Hannah has touched almost every area of design. Before joining Taoti, Hannah worked in publishing, corporate retail, and amazon start-ups. She has worked at Lucky Magazine, Bluemercury, and Streetsense.

She loves to learn, engage and discuss all areas of design. Hannah is extremely dedicated to her team and will go above and beyond in offering a helping hand.

Hannah has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and sees the world through a photographer’s lens.

Hannah Mooy

Brittany received a B.F.A in Photography from the University of North Texas in 2008 and then moved to the DC/Virginia area in 2009. Brittany worked for the Animal Welfare Institute from 2012-2019 managing all things digital; the Drupal 8 website, social media, email communications, etc.

Brittany Bailey

Susan brings more than 18 years of experience in information technology solutions, including 9 years of experience as an IT Manager for federally-funded projects. Her experience includes an in-depth understanding of project lifecycles and project development methodologies and she is well-versed in the entire business development and capture lifecycle. She especially enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships. Susan works with teams to identify areas for improved efficiency, product quality, innovation, and impact while providing guidance and support to implement those recommendations.

Susan Steele

Jessica is the Sr. Marketing & Communications Strategist. She is an experienced digital marketing strategist with over 13 years of experience. Jessica takes an innovative and agile approach to marketing strategy, resulting in a history of record-setting revenue generation, unprecedented event registration, and increased member retention.

She has developed successful marketing strategies for clients across a variety of industries including automotive, interior design, retail, aviation, real estate, professional associations, and non-profits.

Jessica graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing.

She is on the AMADC District Current committee (aka young professionals). Jessica also moderated a panel at the Mid-Atlantic Marketing Summit on shifting consumer behavior.

Jessica McConnell

During Jane’s career, she has worked with businesses from small independents to global household names to build their brands, connect with their customers, and generate more revenue. Her approach to digital strategy is to blend data, creativity, and each organization’s unique story.
As an expert researcher with a quantitative Ph.D., she can pull killer insights that pinpoint areas of competitive advantage. She builds on this with innovative and engaging strategies that connect with different audience groups during their purchasing journey.

She is a self-confessed word nerd who loves finessing copy or content and started out in digital by blogging about her adventures working as a teacher in China. After returning home, she worked as a digital marketing manager for SMEs before joining the agency world at Jellyfish. There she worked with global brands to build their strategies, with a focus on content, social, and insights. Some career highlights include working with brands like Samsung, [Fidelity](/org/fidelity), [CARFAX](/org/carfax), Johnston Press, Vanguard, and ESPN; regularly running content marketing training sessions at The Shard in London, and presenting original research on how social media can make a practical difference to people experiencing a social crisis.

Jane has a Ph.D. in Communication from [American University](/org/american-university), an MA in Professional Writing from Falmouth University, and a BA in English from the [University of Wales](/org/university-of-wales), Lampeter.

She has presented her original research on how social media can deliver support during social crises at leading global communications conferences. It’s not all memes and performative activism, sometimes it can make a big difference to vulnerable people through delivering important information, resources, and emotional support.

Jane Knickerbocker

Kevin is an expert creative team leader with over twenty years of experience in marketing, publishing, media, and advertising. Focusing on digital, print, user experience, and product design, Kevin approaches every challenge with passion and creativity.

Prior to joining Taoti, Kevin was the Head of Design at [The Washington Post](/org/the-washington-post)’s Creative Group for seven years. Kevin spent eight years at Forbes leading their Creative Solutions team and managed a global team of 20 creatives (designers, web developers, videographers) during his time at Cvent. He began his career at James Howard Visual Communications in 1999, followed by a production position at Euro RSCG (now [Havas](/org/havas)). Kevin has also served as Senior Promotions Designer for WWD (Women’s Wear Daily) and as Art Director for Union Street Partners.

During his tenure, Kevin has won several awards, including a FAME Award from Folio Magazine, two Hermes Platinum awards, eight InHouse Design Awards from Graphic Design USA, [The Washington Post](/org/the-washington-post)’s 2014 Marketing Excellence Award, the 2011 Forbes Outstanding Performance Award, and the 2012 Future of Forbes Award. Kevin was a featured presenter at the 2013 and 2015 Digital Innovation Summits and judge for The Content Council’s 2014 Pearl Awards. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the [University of Mary Washington](/org/university-of-mary-washington) and is a graduate of the Johnson Atelier Institute of Sculpture.

Kevin was the presenter at the Digital Innovation Summit, Los Angeles in 2015, Juror in the Maryland Federation of Art (MFA) – Water Works Exhibition. He has won several awards from Hermes Creative, one gold, and two platinum. He also received various awards from Graphic Design USA, including the 2008 FAME Award from Folio Magazine, and in Forbes, he received the 2012 Future of Forbes Achievement Award, 2011 Outstanding Performance Award, 2007 Best Efforts to Build New Business, 2006 Marketing All-Star Award.

Kevin Adkins

Mariano is a Developer, and part of the WordPress Team. He started his love for technology when his father got him a Commodore computer at the age of 5. He has always been curious and enthusiastic about how software was built and decided to get enrolled in a 1-year Visual Basic course at the age of 14. Mariano studied Information Technology at [UADE](/org/uade) (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa) University in Argentina and holds a professional career of 18+ years in which he has worked as a software developer for several companies and industries, from large Latin America banks (Banco Patagonia) to large retail companies (Duty-Free, Philips, BlackBerry) and the main oil company in Argentina (YPF).

Mariano started his professional career as a backend developer but within the following years, he started learning frontend and gained a love for pixel-perfect techniques. He now feels confident with both, the back and front end. During the last 5 years, he specialized as a WordPress Developer. He has built his own WordPress plugins and likes to develop websites with speed performance in mind.

His superpower is finding elegant solutions to fix bugs. Maybe a random fun fact? He started playing chess at the age of 6 and won several tournaments at that age.

Mariano Labollita

Irina is a professional with vast experience in accounting, business operations, finance, analysis, and more. Before joining Taoti’s team, Irina worked as an Assistant Controller at U.Group and IntelliBridge; prior to that, she spent over 12 years working as a Senior Accounting Manager at CHIEF agency and Rock Creek Strategic Marketing.

Her superpower is to stay calm in critical situations, she is highly efficient and well organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and under extreme pressure.

Irina holds a Bachelor’s and master of Science from the Novosibirsk State Technical University. As part of her continuing education, she has taken courses related to Managing indirect rates, sales, taxes, and several training programs related to accounting.

Recent workshops and meetups she has attended were associated with [Deltek](/org/deltek) software and its capabilities to manage company finance, subcontractors, projects, and contracts.

Irina Dasilva

Arne is a frontend developer who came to Taoti with a background as a full-stack freelancer. He handles optimization, enhancement, and improvement tasks and is keen to contribute to the accessibility and repeatable content projects. Prior to Taoti, he worked on small contracts and enterprise-level teams. In the 80s, Arne had a computer science teacher in elementary school who taught him how to save and run files to and from a tape recorder, and he still thrives on keeping things sensible. He completed the Certified Cisco Network Associate program in 2002.

Arne Olafson

As a mobile app developer since 2001 (in J2ME and BREW), and for smartphones since 2007 (iOS and Android) Bill has worked on dozens of projects spanning all categories from games to Bitcoin. Bill also has extensive experience going back decades before mobile apps were possible, with console video games written in ASM and C++, firmware and drivers for embedded systems, and even hardware design.

Bill Hicks

West coast Canadian born and raised, community/open-source/self-taught developer. Currently focused on Drupal 9 and the future. Loves karate, biking, games, and the ocean.

Nick Dickinson-Wilde

Andreas is a WordPress Developer. Over the past 7 years, he has worked at various agencies and start-up environments. He has collaborated with Bevshop, Adbeere marketing, and international companies like Junglück.​ In addition, he has a solid understanding of the marketing side of a business from his experience working in eCommerce.

Andreas holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

Andreas Salvermoser

Beginning with a business information technology degree from Leeds Metropolitan University, Justin started his long-standing web development career in SAAS-based sites. He quickly immersed himself in the world of WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify, where he became proficient in both fronts- and back-end development. Now with 15 years of experience, Justin specializes in WordPress projects as both a lead and support developer and is also able to take on a digital strategist role leveraging his experience throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Before Taoti, Justin worked at creative agencies in the United Kingdom and Victoria, British Columbia, and worked on high-profile projects such as the London 2012 Olympics, American Airlines, and UPS.

Justin Sykes

Hillary is an Account Manager with eight years of experience working alongside Mayors, Congresswomen, Federal agencies, and more. Hillary believes that the right message, seen at the right time, can inspire people and make a bigger impact. She is most excited when she creates campaigns that move the needle.

Hillary has driven more than 700,000 Veterans to subscribe to a newsletter that would end up being the most successful of its kind. By writing compelling emails and keeping the website up to date, Hillary helped keep Veterans and Caregivers informed during the COVID-19 pandemic, making her client the knowledge hub and, most importantly, trusted by more people than ever.

Hillary Allen

Rolando Scott is currently the Director of Drupal Development at [Taoti Creative](/org/taoti-creative). Rolando has over 8 years of experience in web development, with a focus on front-end development and UI/UX design. Prior to Taoti, Rolando was with Tri-8 for 2 years as a front-end developer and UI/UX designer. Rolando was responsible for designing and coding web apps using Vue.js and other technologies. Before that, Rolando spent 4 years with O'Conner & Tate as the Development Manager, where they were the senior coder and head of the development department. Rolando oversaw the web stack, was in all meetings with clients, and signed off on designs. Rolando got their start in web development with their own startup, Teqqr Web Development, which they ran for 3 years before it was taken over by O'Connor & Tate.

Rolando Scott has a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica.

Rolando Scott

Santiago is a backend developer focusing on developing custom Drupal solutions. Prior to Taoti, he worked in agencies like Wunderman Cato as a backend developer working with PHP JavaScript, Drupal, React, and Ruby on Rails. Santiago has worked for brands like Renault, Nestle, Movistar and [LegalShield](/org/legalshield). He has 14 years of experience in the web development field. He has a degree in multimedia development as well.

Santiago Yie

Yen is a developer who really enjoys giving the extra mile. Prior to coming to Taoti, he had developed a POS software product that connects with the ERP JD Edwards in the largest wood company in Ecuador. He implemented the hardware and software architecture, developed and delivered value to internal customers by offering software that complies with all the standards for the POS and thus improving the attention and service to the client.

Yen-Shun Wang

Charles is a Senior Developer with more than 16 years of experience in digital services who focuses on making WordPress awesome at Taoti. Prior to coming to Taoti, Charles was the Senior Web Developer running a Drupal/WordPress shop for University Communications at UT Austin. Believe it or not, his Department reported directly to the President, which is why half the COVID-19 sites and pages were built by his team. Before UT’s Marcomm department, he was the Sr. Developer for Moody College, running a Drupal shop at near-100% uptime, even when doing six full, simultaneous site upgrades and migrations for all of their web systems. His career actually started outside of the web at a company called MAXIMUS. As a Quality Assurance specialist for nearly a decade working for subcontractors to the state of Texas, he audited thousands of client interactions, system upgrades, integration changes, and tooling updates. He holds a BA in Business System Analysis from Rasmussen University.

Bree Benesh is currently the VP of Technology at Taoti Creative. Bree has also worked as a Jr. Drupal Developer, both at the White House Office of Management and Budget and at TCG. In their roles, they have been responsible for custom module development, automated deployment script development, importing data from various external databases, customizing the drupal commenting system, building custom node displays and view templates, supporting and enhancing complex faceted searching, and deployments. Bree has also served on a company committee to review and improve job expectations, descriptions, and salaries, as well as organizing company Women in Tech happy hours.

Bree Benesh has a certification in web development from Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in art history with a concentration in museum studies from Randolph-Macon Woman's College. Bree is also an Acquia Certified Developer.

Before joining Taoti, Joseph worked as a tech lead for an international IT company specializing in educational software. He has 13 years of experience in IT and thrives on transforming ideas into exceptional products.

Joseph Leon

Jeff is a senior front-end developer specializing in Drupal theming. Prior to Taoti, he has worked on large government projects including the US Currency Education program, USAID ResilienceLinks, Agrilinks, and contributed to the US Web Design System. He recently worked on projects for American Kidney Fund, [Guy Carpenter](/org/guy-carpenter), The Lupus Foundation of America, and IREX. He has 15 years of experience in the front-end web development field and thrives on implementing challenging designs that make users say “wow”.

Jeff Eoff

Renan is a Full-stack Drupal Developer, who focuses on the Drupal framework. Prior to Taoti, he worked at [Promet Source](/org/promet-source) and was the lead developer for a medium-sized e-commerce site. Renan worked with clients and companies from all over the world. He has 7 years of experience in the Drupal field and thrives on resolving clients’ problems.

Renan Ferreira

Claire is a Project Manager with experience in web development, events, and content marketing to boot. Before joining Taoti, Claire created content for a DC public affairs start-up, wrangled a department at a top tech trade association, planned events for the DC Jazz Festival, and worked in Marketing and PR for the [Peace Corps](/org/peace-corps).

With experience in the corporate, non-profit, and public sectors, Claire applies her deep understanding of the client perspective to her project management philosophy. As a natural and resourceful multi-tasker, Claire is accustomed to keeping many plates spinning at once. Claire holds a degree in International Affairs from [George Washington University](/org/gwu).

Claire Miller

Lucas is a Drupal Developer, who focuses on back-end development. Prior to Taoti, he worked at F5 Technology as tech lead of the Drupal team, dedicated to training his fellows and managing the migration of all [Nestlé](/org/nestle) websites to Drupal. Lucas has also worked with Honda and Toyota brands.

Lucas Grecco

Hillary is a business development strategist who focuses on crafting compelling approaches to deliver innovative solutions to clients’ business challenges. Before Taoti, Hillary worked in business development at Wunderman Thompson, where she focused on clients in the health and wellness sector. Before that, she was a business development manager and strategist at a social impact-focused consulting firm called YI Advisors, where she worked with clients and partners to reach and engage Millenials. Hillary has worked with big brands and foundations such as Pfizer, GSK, the California Community College Foundation, and the Capital One Foundation. She has over 5 years of experience in the business development and communications fields and thrives on problem-solving and building strong client relationships. Hillary graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in Global Public Health.

Hillary Sedlak

Carlos is a developer who loves just about everything about programming. He truly enjoys exploring new techniques and technologies to create engaging and well-laid-out websites. With a background in Drupal 7 and 8, he provides drupal expertise and is also learning how to create the best content.

Carlos worked for more than two years as a full stack developer, where he assisted in solving technical problems and helping the sites work as necessary. He also has spent over eight years working with Drupal 7 and Drupal 8, where he perfected his craft. In this position, Carlos provided backend and frontend solutions and ideas for sites created in drupal. He holds certifications as an analyst and developer of information systems and Scrum Developer.

Carlos Diaz

Paulo began developing websites in 1999 as a hobby, and it quickly became his passion. He’s an ever-evolving frontend developer who has perfected the balance between function and form, bringing sophisticated aesthetics to client sites and applications since 2006.  In a past life, Paulo was a publicist. This experience taught him the intricacies of client management and effective communication. He’s since delivered pixel-perfect, responsive frontend development to a variety of clients around the globe. In his spare time, Paulo writes for the design blog Abduzeedo.

Paulo Antunes

Shannon is a visual communicator who loves to work collaboratively with brands to communicate their unique brand narrative. A multi-faceted designer, Shannon has experience in branding, marketing, and motion graphics.

Powered by conceptual thinking, Shannon champions the creative process to design impactful solutions for her clients. Above all else, Shannon is a lifelong student and is always expanding her knowledge into new mediums, innovations, and thinking.

Shannon Callery

Lizzi is a project manager whose experience is a blend of almost equal parts video production, website development, and traditional and digital advertising campaign management, with a healthy splash of strategic research thrown in there. Before Taoti, Lizzi worked as a PM at DMI (Digital Mobile Innovation) and as a video production assistant and project manager at BRINK (DC office). Lizzi brings curiosity and empathy to each project on which she works and is always looking for ways to maximize efficiency and deliver a product the team can feel great about. She has six years of experience in the web development and marketing field and thrives on compassionate and consistent communication.

Lizzi Pittman

Alycia started her career as a business analyst and quickly moved into a project management role. As an analyst, she provided support and guidance in managing project financials, managing people, and staying on schedule, across 13 different projects within the Department of Defense business unit at her previous company, RIVA Solutions Inc.

As a project manager, she learned the importance of supporting and coordinating with her team in all ways. She believes communication is the key to success.

Alycia is a Certified Scrum Master, with a Bachelor in Applied Arts and Sciences. Her experience includes developing strategic plans and implementing Business and IT initiatives across multiple project domains.

Alycia Reed

Cris comes to Taoti with more than 15 years of experience in the IT and QA (quality assurance) fields. Before his current position, he used to work on QA projects for Verizon and other multi-national companies. Throughout his career, he has led remote QA teams and worked with people from all around the world.

Aside from being wicked smart, and devilishly handsome, Jeff’s primary function is as Brent’s assistant. He spends most of his day trying to remove as much of the minutiae from Brent’s desk as possible. Prior to his employment at Taoti Jeff was a leathersmith and small business owner. Jeff genuinely hopes that your experience with Taoti is as wonderful as he is.

Drew is a Graphic Designer and Director with over 7 years of agency experience leading creative teams and developing solutions for clients that merge form and function. From concept and ideation to strategy and planning, through execution and promotion; he is a holistic designer and project leader. He loves working with a hard-working team and passionate clients to create unique experiences.

Drew Ellis

Vince Greenfield

Part project manager, part account executive, part solution architect, and part creative thinker, Beth is a key contributor to Taoti’s Project Management team. In addition to serving as the day-to-day point of contact for a diverse client base, Beth also enjoys collaborating with project team members to brainstorm innovative digital strategies and solve technical problems. She takes great pride in her top-notch customer service, organization, and attention to detail which are essential to the success of any project. Prior to joining Taoti, Beth worked in account management at a rapidly growing DC start-up and the creative services department at a large media company, so she is no stranger to wearing many hats, and working effectively in a fast-paced, always changing work environment.

Josh is a Front-end Developer, who focuses on WordPress here at Taoti. He has over 15 years of experience. His previous work includes many projects in several tech companies involved as an expert developer.
