Dr. Henri-Charles Ozarovsky

Dr. Henri-Charles Ozarovsky serves as the Group Head of Strategy and Head of Strategy, Network & Alliances at TAP Air Portugal since September 2021, contributing to the carrier's turnaround through mid to long-term planning. Previously, Dr. Ozarovsky worked as a Senior Advisor in the Airline Practice at Bain & Company, where substantial improvements were identified for major EU operators. In roles at Flybe, Qatar Airways, International Airlines Group, Lufthansa Consulting, and Seabury Capital, Dr. Ozarovsky excelled in strategic planning, fleet optimization, and operational enhancements, demonstrating a strong background in corporate strategy and management consulting within the aviation industry. Dr. Ozarovsky holds a PhD in Turbulent Reacting Flows and an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, supplemented by studies at ISAE-SUPAERO.
