SangJoon Bae is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as the Head Chef at Tap & Barrel Group since June 2022, SangJoon has previously held positions as Assistant Chef, Sous Chef, and Shift Leader. Prior experience includes managing a small restaurant kitchen as Chef at Bentoya from November 2020 to June 2022, and working at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as a Cook from August 2018 to October 2019. Additional roles as Sushi Chef were filled at Sai Sushi, Hokaido, 808 Sushi, and Yummy Grill & Sushi from 2011 to 2018. SangJoon holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and graduated from Korea Culinary Art Science High School.
