Executive Chef Consultant at Tapas Revolution

Cristian Parisi has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Cristian is currently the Head of Food Development at Tapas Revolution since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Head Chef at Mortimer House from August 2021 to September 2022. Cristian also served as a Senior Head Chef and Head Chef at Salt Yard Group from July 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as the Head Chef at Shelter from April 2017 to April 2018. Cristian gained experience as a Junior Sous Chef/Sous Chef at Salt Yard Group from October 2014 to April 2017. Cristian started their career as a Sous Chef at Gasolina Restaurant from March 2012 to July 2014.

Cristian Parisi attended Carpigiani Gelato University in 2017, where they pursued Level 1 in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
