Tea Rautiainen

Tea Rautiainen is an accomplished Account Director with extensive experience in client management and project coordination. Currently serving as Account Director at TAPAUS since November 2021, Tea previously held similar positions at Factor Nova from January 2019 to November 2021, and at Management Events from February 2011 to December 2018. At Management Events, Tea contributed as a Senior Project Manager and Key Account Manager, facilitating connections between key leaders of Finland’s TOP500 companies and solution providers. Tea holds a Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management with a focus on Event Management from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
