Kacey Hays has a comprehensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Kacey started their career as a Senior Recruiter at On-Campus Resources, where they managed multiple openings and worked with campus recruiting managers. Kacey then moved on to work as the Assistant Director of Admissions at The Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago, where they exceeded quotas and trained new employees.
After that, Kacey joined Grainger as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, responsible for recruiting top talent across multiple districts. Kacey also worked at Bank of the West as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruiting for the corporate office and retail branches.
Kacey then continued their career at ConsumerTrack, Inc., initially as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. In these roles, they built and enforced recruiting processes, provided leadership and training, and handled various recruiting functions.
Kacey then joined Meta (formerly Facebook) as a Technical Sourcer, focusing on product management, before being promoted to Recruiting Lead for Product Management and eventually becoming the Recruiting Manager. At Meta, they managed teams of managers, leads, recruiters, and sourcers, implemented recruiting processes, and executed multiple projects simultaneously.
Currently, Kacey is working at Tapcheck as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
