Michelle Wall

Michelle Wall has extensive work experience in the credit union industry. Michelle is currently employed at TAPCO Credit Union as the Director of Enterprise Applications and Project Management since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Project Manager/Analyst at TAPCO Credit Union from August 2021 to May 2023. Before joining TAPCO Credit Union, Michelle worked at Horizon Credit Union as a Program Manager from August 2020 to July 2021. Michelle also has a long history with Icon Credit Union, where they held various roles including Vice President/Operations from August 2014 to August 2020, Director of Implementation from December 2013 to August 2014, Vice President/Finance from December 2009 to December 2013, Executive Assistant from June 2008 to December 2009, Accounting Supervisor from October 2005 to June 2008, Operations Supervisor from August 2001 to October 2005, and Teller from May 1999 to August 2001.

Michelle Wall attended Boise State University from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Accounting. Michelle obtained additional certifications including the Western CUNA Management School v.8 (2020-2023) from WESTERN CUNA MANAGEMENT SCHOOL in July 2021, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Six Sigma Society in January 2021, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2019.
