Esra Çetinel Balcı

Esra Çetinel Balcı is an architectural designer and construction project manager with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently employed at Decathlon Singapore since October 2019, Esra oversees architectural design and construction management. Prior to this, Esra held the position of retail store construction manager at Nike, effectively coordinating store design and development across Europe while managing multiple projects and ensuring timely, budget-compliant openings. As the founder and designer at Studio Paperella, Esra created a stationery brand and an online shop for custom products. Additional experience includes designing silk accessories for The Unity Closet, architecting retail spaces for UPS, and gaining valuable international exposure through educational pursuits at Yildiz Technical University, Ecole Spéciale d'Architecture, and the Institut Français d'Istanbul.
