Kate Nienaltow

Kate Nienaltow is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global talent management and employer branding at Tapestry since October 2017, holding titles such as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner and Senior Manager, Global Talent Management & Employer Branding. Kate actively contributes to Tapestry's employer branding efforts for its luxury brands, including Coach and Kate Spade New York. Previously serving as the Board Chair of the Talent Marketing Board from November 2019 to February 2022, Kate has led initiatives in recruitment marketing among the world's largest companies.
