Kaitlyn Phelps

Kaitlyn Phelps is an experienced real estate professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Tapestry since November 2019, Kaitlyn has held similar leadership roles at Theory and has experience as a Leasing Representative at Boston Properties. Previous positions include roles in real estate at Tory Burch and a Lease Analyst at Coach, as well as foundational positions at Boston Properties as an Assistant Property Accountant and Accounting Assistant. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University and further education from Boston College.
