Rondette Amoy Smith

Rondette Amoy Smith, PHR, currently serves as the Global Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Tapestry since December 2023. Prior to this role, Smith was the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for EMEA at Nomura from March 2021 to May 2023, where key achievements included leading DEI strategy re-establishment, developing partnerships for DEI initiatives, and launching impactful employee resource toolkits. Smith's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Director for Diversity & Inclusion at Goldman Sachs, where efforts focused on Black and Asian talent strategies and enhancing retention through professional development programs. Smith's career encompasses various HR roles across prestigious companies, including J.P. Morgan, Dow Jones, and American Express. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Capital Management from New York University, and a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature from Cornell University.
