Sarah Heitner serves as Senior Director at Tapestry since August 2019, leading the omni-channel product team for all Tapestry brands, including Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. In this role, Sarah partners with digital leaders to drive customer care and in-store digital applications, implementing various digital initiatives and technologies. Previously, Sarah held multiple roles at Coach, including Director of Digital Product, where responsibilities included managing the digital roadmap and leading numerous projects to enhance omni-channel capabilities. Sarah's earlier career includes significant experience in global demand operations at Polo Ralph Lauren and systems process assurance at PwC. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Japanese from Union College.
