Bill Peters

Bill Peters has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Bill is currently the Vice President of Global Workforce Strategy at Talent Solutions TAPFIN, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and led NetOne Talent, a Future-of-Work technology company, achieving rapid growth and securing Fortune 500 clients within the first two years. Before that, Bill held various senior positions at TAPFIN-ManpowerGroup Solutions, Kinetix, Kronos Incorporated, B2B Workforce, Spherion, and Griffin VT, where they gained experience in strategic client solutions, recruitment process outsourcing, workforce analytics, and operations management. Bill's career started in the US Navy as a Nuclear Engineer from 1989 to 1994.

Bill Peters holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate of Arts Degree in Nuclear Technology from the same university.
