María Castro Nevares

María Castro Nevares is the LATAM RPO & MSP Practice Leader at TAPFIN. Prior to their current role, they served as Managing Director at TAPFIN-ManpowerGroup Solutions from September 2011 to December 2019. María has also held positions as Director of Service Delivery/Operations Manager at Veritude from June 2007 to August 2011, Site Manager at Veritude from October 2005 to June 2007, and Staffing Consultant at Veritude from June 2004 to October 2005. Maria has also worked as a Contract Recruiter at various companies from May 2001 to May 2004, Sr. Recruiter at Cereva Networks from April 2000 to May 2001, and Sr. Recruiter at Gardner Resources from June 1998 to March 2000. Prior to their career in recruiting, Maria worked as a Sr. Account Representative at Adecco from March 1995 to June 1998.

Maria Castro Nevares attended Fitchburg State College, where they earned their Bachelor's degree.
