Mike Zana

Mike Zana, MBA, has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the staffing and recruitment industry. Mike is currently the Managing Director at Talent Solutions TAPFIN, where they oversee three divisions, including Payroll Services for referred personnel workers. Prior to their current role, Zana was a Senior Director and Director at Talent Solutions TAPFIN, managing teams of program managers and supporting clients across the country.

Before joining Talent Solutions TAPFIN, Zana worked at BBVA Compass as a Lead Staffing Consultant, recruiting for various positions in the RISK department. Mike was responsible for recruiting for positions such as modelers, compliance officers, and information analysts.

Zana also has experience at WorkforceLogic as a Vendor Coordinator, where they managed relationships with strategic vendors and was responsible for enforcing RFI/RFPs and managing invoicing for over 250 engagements. Mike also worked at TriVis Inc as a General Manager, managing the human resources and recruiting division of an engineering services company.

Earlier in their career, Zana held roles at ITAC Solutions as a Services Director and at ASAP Staffing L.L.C. as an Employee Relations Manager. Mike also worked at Advecta as an SW Trainer/Analyst and at Aerotek as a recruiter/sales manager.

Mike Zana, MBA earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2006. Later on, from 2018 to 2021, they completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Auburn University.
