Ashley Giles

Ashley Giles has a diverse work experience, with roles in various industries. In 2020, they were the Chief Customer Officer at Tapi, focusing on collaborating with industry professionals and delivering solutions to property managers. Prior to this, from 2018 to the present, they founded and led the PM people NZ, a business dedicated to improving the property management industry through coaching, training, and consulting. From 2009 to the present, they were the owner and co-founder of Wendell Property Management, striving to be the best property managers in New Zealand. In 2019, they worked as the New Zealand Account Executive at Ailo, a technology company revolutionizing property management. From 2018 to 2020, they held roles as the General Manager and National Manager - NZ at the Leading Property Managers Association - LPMA. Before that, they had experience as a Location Manager at HOYTS Group, General Manager at the menjangan, and Venue Manager at Everyman Media Group. In 2000, they co-founded and owned Pasta Pasta Cucina.

Ashley Giles attended Massey University from 2010 to 2013, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Before attending university, Ashley also completed their high school education at Wakatipu High School.
