Valeryia Beresneva

Valeryia Beresneva has been working in the field of technology since 2015. Valeryia began their career as a Junior Researcher at JIPNR-Sosny, where they conducted research in the field of neutron physics, modeled the processes of interaction of ionizing radiation with matter in program codes MCNP and FLUKA, and conducted spectrometry of ionizing radiation. In 2018, they moved to EnCata - Engineering CATALYST as an Analyst, where they conducted business analysis for hardware startups, performed market analysis, and collected and processed large amounts of information. In 2020, they joined LINEV Research and Innovation Center as a Scientific Researcher, where they conducted numerical Monte-Carlo modeling of nuclear-physical processes of generation, interaction and registration of ionizing radiation, and evaluated and optimized shielding design of Drive-Through Portal (DTP) systems. In 2021, they joined Mamboo Games as an Advertisement Monetization Manager, where they set up and optimized Ad Monetization waterfalls, suggested and tested hypothesis to maximize revenue, and built and maintained relationships with partners. In 2023, they moved to TapNation as an Advertisement Monetization Manager, where they perform the same duties as their previous role.

Valeryia Beresneva's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear and Radiation Safety from the International Sakharov Environmental Institute of Belarusian State University from 2010 to 2016. In 2017, they completed a Summer Studentship Programme in Physics at CERN. From 2016 to 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Physics from the Graduate School of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Additionally, Valeryia has obtained certifications in Ad Monetization, English, Game Analytics, Hyper-Casual Games, Introduction to Game Development, Mobile Game Marketing, and Psychology in Game Development.
