Joost Kooijman is a data scientist with extensive experience in improving predictive models, particularly on imbalanced datasets using R. Since September 2019, Joost has been employed at TAPP, and prior to that, worked at MatchQ Human Capital Indicators from August 2016 to April 2019. Joost holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam, completed between 2018 and 2020, and also participated in an exchange program at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Joost obtained a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics and Operations Research from the University of Amsterdam, graduating in 2018.
