Raquel Hinojosa Moreno has worked in customer service since 2014. Raquel began their career at Ubeo as a Customer Service Specialist, where they managed the department in the absence of the Manager, interviewed potential new candidates together with HR, and trained new agents in the department. In 2018, they moved to ROSA CLARÁ GROUP as a Customer Experience & Back Office, where they provided customer experience management, care and customer service to the final customer (via phone/email/Facebook & Instagram), and managed and resolved legal complaints from final customers OCU/OMIC. Currently, they are working at TAPP Water S.L. as a Customer Support Specialist, where they respond to all customer inquiries across all channels, provides accurate and timely reporting, and handles replacement/order fulfillment.

Raquel Hinojosa Moreno completed a Grado en Turismo y Dirección Hotelera from ESERP Business & Law School in 2015. Raquel then went on to complete a Master's degree in Comunicación Corporativa, RRPP, Eventos y Protocolo from the same school in 2016. In 2017, Raquel earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Staffordshire University.
