Cindy Howell

Cindy Howell has extensive experience in criminal justice education and community service. Currently serving as an Adjunct Criminal Justice Instructor at the University of Houston-Victoria since January 2012 and Wharton County Junior College since August 2009, Cindy specializes in online course instruction. Previously, Cindy held the position of Community Service Officer at the El Campo Police Department from February 1979 to March 2013, focusing on juvenile programs and probation. Cindy holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Criminal Justice and Communication, as well as a Bachelor in Criminal Justice, both obtained from the University of Houston-Victoria.
