Alain Novac Mpoyi

Alain Novac Mpoyi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alain Novac started their career as a Chargé de clientèle at Advans Banque Congo in 2010 and later served as an Adjoint au Directeur d'Agence, Directeur d'agence, and Superviseur du Réseau d'agences. In 2017, they joined ÉLAN RDC (Adam Smith International) as an Intervention Lead Multisectoriel.

In 2019, Alain joined VisionFund International DRC where they held multiple roles including Directeur des Opérations Adjoint et Project Manager en charge du développement, Directeur des opérations et du développement commercial, and ultimately served as the Directeur Général Intérimaire. Their responsibilities included effectively managing operations, ensuring continuous profitability, securing capital, and achieving institutional growth. Alain Novac also played a key role in formulating effective policies and long-term plans, managing regulatory issues, and leading the organization through the conversion process into a regulated deposit-taking institution.

Recently, in 2021, Alain joined Taptap Send as a Market Coordinator et Business Development. Additionally, they also started working as a Maître de conférences at Académie Germano-Congolaise (AGC).

Alain Novac Mpoyi holds a Diplôme de l’Institut technique de banque in Technique bancaire, which was obtained from the Institut de Technique Bancaire from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they completed their Licence in Économie appliquée at the Université de Kinshasa.
