Tereza Valerova

Tereza Valerova's work experience includes various roles in Workforce Management. Tereza is currently the Head of Workforce Management at Taptap Send since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at albelli as a WFM Manager from July 2021 to September 2022, and as a Workforce Planner from July 2020 to June 2021. Before albelli, Tereza was employed at Booking.com in several roles including Regional Capacity Planner from January 2019 to December 2019, Senior Planner from October 2017 to December 2018, Workforce Planner from October 2016 to September 2017, and Customer Service Representative from May 2015 to September 2016.

Tereza Valerova completed their high school education at the Film Academy of Miroslav Ondříček in Písek from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Tereza also participated in a Cultural Exchange program at Connestoga Valley High School from 2008 to 2009, earning a High School Certificate. In 2020, Tereza attended a 9-week full-time bootcamp called Le Wagon, where they obtained a degree in Web Development. Additionally, Tereza has acquired several certifications, including "Google Data Analytics" from Google in April 2023, a "9-week Full_Stack Coding Bootcamp" from Le Wagon in March 2020, "Leading without Formal Authority" from LinkedIn in August 2019, "MySQL for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence" from 365 Careers in August 2019, and "Problem Solving Techniques" from LinkedIn in August 2019.
