Karam Al Bataineh, MBA, currently serves as Lead - Transmission & Distribution Finance at TAQA Group since April 2020, overseeing the accuracy of monthly Performance Review Packs and advising operations management to integrate financial aspects into decision-making. Prior to this, Karam worked as a Project Management Consultant at innogy Consulting GmbH, contributing to digitalization projects in the utility sector, and as a Financial Analyst at Emirates NBD, where a process automation innovation earned the 'GEMS Finance Award.' Additional experience includes a role as a Junior Credit Analyst at Coface, and Karam holds both an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a BBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Dubai, along with professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
