Mohamed Morgan Berrechid

Mohamed Morgan Berrechid is an established procurement and contracts professional with extensive experience in the energy and commodities sectors. Currently serving as the Procurement and Contracts Director for Fuels at TAQA Group since February 2022, Mohamed oversees strategic procurement and supply chain operations with a budget exceeding $500 million. Previous roles include Head of International Sourcing at Aegis Group, where Mohamed managed sourcing for various commodities and negotiated agreements, and Procurement Director for Fuels at TAQA Morocco, where significant contract improvements generated savings of $1.5 million. Earlier career highlights include managing contracts for $2 billion projects and contributing to the development of an award-winning thermal power plant. Mohamed holds an MBA from the International Institute in Geneva and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schiller International University.
