Omed Rasul

Omed Rasul is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project controls, financial analysis, and workforce development. Since September 2013, Omed has worked at TAQA in various roles including Project Controls Engineer, Financial Analyst for Capital Projects, and Project Cost Engineer. Prior to this, Omed held multiple positions at ACDI/VOCA from February 2010 to September 2013, including Marla Fund Coordinator and Apprenticeship Project Officer. Omed's earlier experience includes roles as Project Field Monitor at REACH, Senior Business Development Training Officer at IRD Inc., and Office Administrator at both Critical Care Medicine and Community Development Association. Omed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Control Engineering from Kirkuk Technical Engineering College.
