Ahmad Ibrahim has extensive experience in customer success and project management roles. Ahmad is currently working as a Manager of Customer Success at Tarabut Gateway since 2022. In their role at the Channel Partner Division, they managed 35 channel partner outlets and conducted trainings for sales and delivery representatives. Ahmad was responsible for ensuring sales reporting and achieving monthly sales commitments.

Ahmad Ibrahim attended Helwan University Cairo from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, in October 2010, Ahmad obtained a certification in Emotional Intelligence from the Innovative Group - Marketing, Event, and Sales Solutionists. In July 2016, they also obtained a certification in SPIN Skills from the Huthwaite Innovation Institute.
