Matt Longer

Matt Longer, Construction Manager for Tarantino, oversees all the rehabilitation and construction projects for the Multifamily Division. Matt manages multiple job sites, oversees inspections, and produces budget costs and timelines for all jobs. He also handles capital improvement projects, safety hazards and city code requirements, and unit interior and exterior upgrades.
