William Smith

William Smith is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Tarbell's, The Tavern, and The Wine Store since November 2023. Previously, William held the position of General Manager at RA Sushi Bar Restaurant from October 2015 to November 2023, and served as General Manager at Gallagher's Sports Grill between August 2013 and July 2015. Early career experience includes a role as Operations Manager at Hard Rock International, where responsibilities encompassed kitchen and bar operations as well as live music management from May 2006 to June 2013, and a brief tenure as Manager at Hooters of America in late 2005. William is a graduate of Framingham State College and attended Ashland High School.
