Harshit T Rao

Harshit T Rao has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Harshit started their career as a 3D Visualizer at Self Employed Freelancer in 2009 and worked there until 2010. Harshit then joined Tarento Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Design Engineer from 2010 to 2015, where they were responsible for translating concepts into wireframes and mockups. Harshit later became a Senior Designer at the same company from 2015 to 2016, where they continued their work in wireframing and mockup creation. In 2016, Harshit joined Position² as a Senior Interaction Designer, collaborating with the project management team to create concepts and turn them into mockups. In 2017, they became a Community Leader at the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF), the largest online design school globally. Harshit also held the role of Member at IDF from 2016 onwards. Harshit's most recent work experience is with Tarento Group, where they started as a Senior Interaction Designer in 2018 and currently holds the position of Principal Designer. In this role, they gather inputs from internal partners and stakeholders to shape project requirements and scope. Overall, Harshit has demonstrated expertise in design thinking, project collaboration, and concept visualization throughout their career.

Harshit T Rao's education history includes a Professional Education in Web Design for Usability and User Research from The Interaction Design Foundation, starting in 2016. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they completed an AAASP/Diploma in Animation, specializing in User Interface Design (UID) at Arena Multimedia, Rajajinagara. Harshit T Rao's schooling took place from 1993 to 2005 at Florence High School. In addition to their formal education, Harshit T Rao obtained certifications such as a Human Factors - Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International in 2017 and a Membership Certificate from Interaction Design Foundation in 2016.
