Taylor Uebelhor

Taylor Uebelhor is an experienced property and residential program manager with a strong background in overseeing operations and maintaining high occupancy and retention rates. Currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Targa Real Estate Services since December 2021, Taylor manages a 100-unit residential property, achieving a 99% occupancy level and a 98% lease renewal rate. Previous roles include Resident Director at the University of Puget Sound and Missouri University of Science and Technology, where Taylor managed residential programs for over 500 and 800 participants, respectively, focusing on customer service, crisis management, and operational efficiency.
