Simon Oakes

Simon Oakes is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Target Group since December 2023, Simon previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Ince Group plc from April 2020 to November 2023. Prior to that, Simon was the Group Financial Controller at Gordon Dadds, a law and professional services firm, from October 2018 to April 2020. Simon's career also includes significant roles at Deloitte as Director of Transaction Services, Ernst & Young as Assistant Director in Transaction Advisory Services, and a Business Analyst position at The Pensions Regulator. Simon holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, obtained in 2001.
