CFO at Target Hospitality

Eric T. Kalamaras leads and manages Target Hospitality’s tactical and strategic financial, capital market and administrative operations. This includes direct responsibility for strategic financial planning, deal analysis and negotiations, accounting, tax, and information technology. Eric has an extensive transactional and capital raising background with placement of over $40 billion of debt and equity capital in numerous structures for mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged recapitalizations, and initial public/private offerings for debt and equity, as well as structured over $10 billion of strategic transactions.

Eric has more than 20 years of experience and an established record of success and expertise in executing strategies to acquire, operate, and develop growth assets that sustainably increase equity value with capital discipline.

Eric spent 12 years in energy investment banking with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities, as well as 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of multi-billion energy, oilfield service and midstream infrastructure companies.

In addition to his strong financial background, he also brings extensive business and operational experience to Target Hospitality. Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from Central Michigan University, and his Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University.
