Heidi Diane Lewis

Heidi Diane Lewis has extensive work experience in the legal field. Heidi Diane is currently serving as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Target Hospitality since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate & Commercial Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Bristow Group from 2018 to 2019. From 2006 to 2018, they held the position of Vice President, Group General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Dynegy, where they led the corporate legal group and specialized in various areas of law such as governance, finance, and M&A. Before that, they worked at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP as an Associate, where they gained experience in corporate law, IPOs, and securities. Heidi Diane also worked as an Associate at King and Spalding, focusing on corporate law, M&A, and private equity. Heidi Diane'swork experience also includes a summer associate role at Baker Botts and a legal intern role at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Prior to their legal career, they worked as a STAR First Offender Therapist at the Family Service Center of Galveston County.

Heidi Diane Lewis has an extensive education background in various fields. Heidi Diane completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the University of Houston Law Center in 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University, which they completed in 1996. Heidi began their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development from Colorado State University in 1994.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Heidi has also acquired additional certifications. Heidi Diane holds a TX Bar License from the State Bar of Texas, which they obtained in 2001.
