Slava Sikorskyy

Slava Sikorskyy is an experienced RF Engineer currently working at Target Labs, Inc. since October 2014, focusing on developing drive test routes and optimizing mobile base station installations for 3G and 4G/LTE equipment. Prior experience includes a role as an RF/Integration Engineer at Insol Telecom from March 2011 to October 2014, where optimization of 2G and 3G wireless networks was performed through drive testing and KPI analysis. Slava also worked as a Telecom Engineer at Bermos Telecom, optimizing WiMAX networks and managing the integration of Ericsson Microwave Mini-Link systems. Earlier positions include roles at Comstar and Nexcom LLC Ukraine, focusing on technical equipment protocols and telecom system installations. Slava holds a Master's degree in Radio Engineering and a postgraduate degree from the National Polytechnic University of Odessa.
