Amini Khanna

Amini Khanna currently serves as the Senior Manager of DE&I Strategy at Target, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Government Affairs & Public Policy at Starbucks from January 2021 to September 2022. Amini's background with the Ontario Government spans a decade (2008-2018) with multiple roles, including Senior Economist and Executive Policy Advisor to the Minister at the Treasury Board Secretariat, as well as Policy Advisor in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Research Analyst in the Ministry of Finance. Previous experience also includes a position as Chief Operating Officer Advisor at the Toronto Region Board of Trade (2007-2008) and Business Analyst at Public Works and Government Services Canada (2005-2006). Amini holds a Master of Science in Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business from the University of Waterloo, with additional education at The University of Western Australia.
