Crystal Howard is a Lead Business Partner for Stores Growth at Target, bringing extensive experience as a retail sales professional with a focus on marketing, merchandising, and leadership development. Previously, Crystal held various positions at Inditex, where they managed the highest volume ZARA store on the West Coast, and excelled in driving significant sales growth and employee retention. Crystal began their career with an impactful internship at Limited Brands and progressed through roles that included being an Assistant Store Manager at Victoria's Secret and a Marketing Coordinator for Bath & Body Works. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Marketing from The Ohio State University.
