Frank Bruni

Frank Bruni is the SVP of Food & Beverage Supply Chain at Target. Prior to their current position, Bruni served as the VP of Supply Chain and Logistics at KROGER CO from September 2008 to January 2019. In this role, they led over $3B in cost management, 20,000+ people and 3rd party logistics providers. Frank was also accountable for end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations including daily management of 42 union and non-union DCs, seasonal warehouse operations, transportation sourcing, routing and planning, import logistics (general merchandise and apparel) and Inventory & Replenishment worth $2.2B in working CapEx. Additionally, Bruni managed supply chain technology, automation and engineering focusing on process improvement to reduce costs and drive margins. Frank also built and implemented advanced data and predictive analytics capabilities saving over $100M+ while improving speed and reliability of business deliverables. Before joining KROGER CO, Bruni served as the Managing Director, AGFS at FedEx from August 1997 to September 2008.
