Katie Bauer

Katie Bauer is an accomplished Director of Tech Strategy & Operations with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and management roles across various organizations. Previously, they served as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst at COUNTRY Financial® and a Strategic Sourcing Lead at Target, where they developed collaborative relationships and led diverse teams through complex sourcing projects. Before entering the tech sector, they held coaching positions at both the University of St. Thomas and Augsburg College, where they focused on player development and recruitment efforts. Katie earned a B.A. in Journalism-Public Relations and a Master's in Sports Management, both from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
