Maithili Shenoy

Maithili Shenoy has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the retail and consulting industries. Maithili is currently serving as the Vice President of Sourcing & Manufacturing at Target. Prior to this, they worked as a Member at Chief. Shenoy has also held multiple positions at Nike, including Vice President of Sustainability, Vice President of Global Marketplace Operations, Senior Director of Demand Planning & Inventory Management, Senior Director of Sales and Operations Planning, Senior Director of Global Replenishment, and Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation. Their responsibilities at Nike included leading global teams, developing and implementing strategies, and driving business growth. Before joining Nike, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Supplychainge. Shenoy began their career as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting and as a Senior Consultant at Accenture.

Maithili Shenoy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Columbia University - School of Engineering from 1987-1991. Maithili then went on to pursue an MBA in International Business from Sophia University from 1991-1995. Additionally, they obtained a certification from APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) in 1995.
