Michael Seaman

Michael Seaman is a Senior Director of Real Estate at Target, where they manage a twenty-person team focused on new store growth and the existing portfolio of approximately 975 stores in the northern half of the U.S. They have successfully opened or announced 16 new stores in Manhattan since 2015 and have overseen the introduction of Flexible Format stores in key cities. Prior to Target, Michael held positions such as Major Account Manager at Xerox Corporation and Director of Development at Brixmor Property Group, where they provided strategic analysis for expansive retail properties. They earned an MBA in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
