Molly Cagle

Molly Cagle serves as the Director of Governmental Affairs for Target, where they develop and implement legislative strategies to advance the company's mission at the state and local level. Previously, they led Shipt's state governmental affairs function, strategizing policies to support the technology company's growth. Before joining Shipt, Molly was the Vice President at the Business Council of Alabama, managing legislative strategies and overseeing communications. They also served as a Senate Liaison at the Office of the Senate President Pro Tem and held the role of Director of External Affairs at Manufacture Alabama. Molly is currently pursuing an education at Troy University.
